1. General

  1. The online store at https://senvo.online is operated by the owner of the Senvo brand (“we”, “the Seller”). Contact: hello@senvo.online.
  2. These terms govern orders, payment, delivery, refunds and warranty. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase in your country and accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

  1. Senvo sells dog grip socks: sets of 4 cotton-knit socks with a rubber paw-print grip on the sole and on top and a hook-and-loop strap above the paw. They give traction on smooth indoor floors. They are an accessory, not a medical, orthopaedic or veterinary product, and they do not treat or prevent any condition. Product photos are illustrative; colours may look slightly different on your screen.
  2. Colours Black, Grey, Tan and Pink; sizes S, M and L by paw width. In a 2- or 3-set order you choose the colour and size of every set; the choice is shown in your order. Please measure the paw and check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If a colour or size is temporarily unavailable we contact you before shipping and you may choose another one or cancel that set for a refund.
  3. Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more sets and US$4.95 for a single set. Import duties and taxes are not included (see the Shipping policy).
  4. We may change prices, start or end promotions and withdraw products; this does not affect orders already placed. When we announce a price reduction in the EU, we state the lowest price of the previous 30 days. The crossed-out price shows our regular reference price; for a bundle it is the regular price of the same number of single sets.
  5. Bundle prices (2 or 3 sets) are already reduced compared with single sets and cannot be combined with other offers. We may cancel orders that abuse a promotion.

3. Orders and payment

  1. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Payment is made in advance using the methods available at checkout.
  2. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud or if we cannot deliver to the address given.
  3. We may limit the quantity per order and refuse or cancel any order before it ships, with a full refund.

5. Refunds and warranty

6. Use and liability

  1. Choose the right size and close the strap snug but not tight (one finger should fit under it). Check your dog's paws and legs daily; take the socks off at night, when they are wet, and at once if you notice swelling, redness, rubbing or discomfort. Do not leave a dog unattended with socks it chews — small parts (snap, grip pads) can be swallowed. For pain, weakness or mobility problems ask your vet; the socks do not replace veterinary care.
  2. Grip on very smooth, wet, waxed or polished floors, stairs and rugs can vary; the socks reduce slipping but cannot prevent every slip or fall. Follow the care instructions: close the straps, cold wash in a laundry bag, air dry, no bleach, no tumble dryer, no ironing.
  3. You use the product at your own risk and responsibility. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse or from use contrary to these terms.
  4. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, force majeure or incorrect data supplied by the buyer.
  5. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  6. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence) or the rights consumers have under mandatory laws of their country of residence.

7. Content and reviews

All store content (texts, photos, logo) belongs to the Seller and may not be copied without permission. By publishing a review, photo or comment about our products you grant us a free licence to use it in the store’s materials.

8. Final provisions

  1. We may change these terms at any time; the version published when you place your order applies to that order.
  2. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
  3. These terms are governed by the law of the Seller’s country of establishment (an EU member state), without prejudice to the protection consumers enjoy under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
