Find the size by the paw.
Let your dog stand on a sheet of paper, mark both sides of the widest part of a front paw and measure between the marks. Between two sizes? Take the smaller one: a snug sock stays on.

Questions owners ask.
Will they stay on?
The strap closes above the paw, over the sock, so the sock can't slide down. Close it snug, not tight: one finger should fit under it. If a sock still slips, the size is too big.
What if a sock turns on the paw?
The rubber grip is on the sole and on top, so there is grip under the paw even when a sock twists a little.
Which size do I need?
Measure the widest part of a front paw while your dog stands, and compare with the size guide. Between sizes, take the smaller one.
Will my dog accept them?
Most dogs high-step for a few minutes and then forget about them. Start with 10–15 minutes and a treat, then leave them on longer.
How long can my dog wear them?
They're made for daytime wear indoors. Take them off for the night, and check the paws and the strap once a day.
Do they help with joint problems?
They are grip socks, not a medical product: they give traction on slick floors. For pain or weakness, please ask your vet.
How do I wash them?
Close the straps, put the socks in a laundry bag, machine wash cold and let them air dry. That's why many owners take two sets.
Can my dog wear them outside?
They're made for indoor floors. A short walk on dry ground is fine; they are not waterproof boots.
Can I mix colours and sizes?
Yes. In a 2- or 3-set order every set of 4 socks gets its own colour and size.
When will it arrive?

Can I return them?
Yes, unused and in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. E-mail us first at hello@senvo.online. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty. Details in our refund policy.
What is shipping protection?
An optional extra for 12,00 zł, added to your bag by default. You can switch it off there before checkout. If your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged in transit, we send a new one or refund you.
